Legal documents for weddings in Greece

Decide the destination, the type of your wedding and we will do the rest. We will arrange all the documentation needed for your legal wedding, everything will be ready before your arrival in Greece.

General rules

  • We will send you the list of all legal documents needed, according to the local Town Hall requirements.
  • You should collect and stamp the legal documents, not earlier than 3 months but not later than 45 days of your wedding date. When you are ready, you should send them by email for review. Our Legal Department will forward them to the Mayor and will follow the legal procedures.
  • We take care of every detail as translation of your legal documents, booking the Celebrant, escorting you to the Townhall for signing the Marriage Licence.
  • You are expected to give us all the originals when you arrive in Greece. All documents will be kept in Town Hall and Registry office, and will be returned to you after the wedding.
